Let Olney Theatre Center host your next social occasion or fundraiser! We can accomodate groups of 15 - 400 people, making Olney perfect for civic or religious groups, family or class reunions, employee/corporate nights, school outings, and birthday parties.

Groups also receive discounts on our attractive rental facilities, making it easy to add a reception or cocktail hour to your event.

Ready to organize a group? Follow these easy steps:

1. Pick a date. It's best to have one or two in mind, as seat availability changes.
2. Call the group sales office at 301.924.4485 x121.
3. Reserve your seats.
4. Organize your group. Thinking of having a reception? Ask the group sales office for special event ideas and facilities!
5. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the show to pick up your tickets at the box office.
6. Relax and enjoy!

Group Sales Contract Terms

Group discounts start at 15 people or more. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold seats. The balance is due no later than two weeks prior to the performance or the seats will be released for public sale. Mention any special services or needs for your group at time of order. Seat locations are subject to availability.
