One of the goals of our Signal Boost programs is to highlight the independent, artistic enterprises of the many performers in our community and around the country who are finding ways to share their craft and still sustain themselves while live venues are shuttered. We pay the artists we feature and provide them free to you.
Black Gay Magic - an homage to trailblazing Black Queer artists and a celebration of those who forge new frontiers.
Featuring performances by some of DC's queer talent including Justin Weaks (he/him) and Garnet Williams (she/her/they), with musical performances by DJ YungUptown (he/his), Tẹmídayọ Akibu (they/them), and Litty Official (they/them), and a special drag performance by Haus of Boots, DJ YungUptown, and Litty Official.
