Registration for Summer 2025 opens mid-January! SING, DANCE, WRITE, ACT, AND LEARN during our two-week long summer programs, taught by local DMV professional theatre artists.
Summer Stock grades 4-6

Musical Theatre Intensive grades 7-9
July 21-August 1
Summer Audition Studio grades 10-12

How do I register?
1. Read the descriptions of each program.
2. Review our financial and health/safety policies on our Policies and Procedures webpage prior to registration.
3. Click the REGISTER button to sign up for the appropriate camp. Registration must be made online.

REGISTRATION DATES/REFUNDS
Registration begins January 1, 2025. Payments are due at the time of registration. There is an option for a payment plan when you register. After June 15, you are entitled to a 50% refund until one week prior to the camp start date. After that we do not issue refunds of any kind. If you cancel your child’s registration, you may keep the money on account to be used for camp the following summer.
SUMMER PROGRAM FAQS
Where will summer programs be held?
Summer Stock and Musical Theatre Intensive will take place in the Actors Hall on the upper floor of the Roberts Mainstage. Final presentation for these will take place in the Roberts Mainstage at 1:30pm. Summer Audition Studio will take place in the Mulitz-Gudelsky Theatre Lab.
How many participants are admitted into each session?
Summer Stock and Musical Theatre Intensive will be limited to 25 participants. Summer Audition Studio will be limited to 12 participants.
Will Olney Theatre Center offer Before and After Care?
No. Before and After Care will not be offered this year.
What does participant pick-up and drop-off look like?
Parents/guardians will sign their students in and out everyday unless that student is old enough to do it themselves. This usually applies only to Summer Audition Studio. Parents/guardians will need to submit approved drivers for pick-up ahead of time via email to education@olneytheatre.org.
Where will lunch breaks be held?
Lunch breaks will take place outside on Omi’s Pavilion when weather permits. Indoor dining locations will be specified inside the Mulitz-Gudelsky Theatre Lab lobby.
Will there be anyone else in the building where camp is held?
Access to the building will be limited to students, teachers, and requisite Olney Theatre staff only unless there is a public afternoon matinee performance in the Roberts Mainstage.
What are your Covid-19 safety policies?
Please view our Policies and Procedures information. All of our teaching artists are vaccinated against Covid-19. This year, we do not require Covid-19 vaccinations for our camp participants.
Do you offer any financial aid?
There is an option to implement a payment plan when you register. If you are in financial need, please email Director of Education & Training, Rebecca Dzida at rdzida@olneytheatre.org.
