Carissa Gilson (Wardrobe Supervisor): Carissa first came to Olney Theatre Center and Washington DC, in 2015 as a Stage Management apprentice. During her time as an apprentice, she worked on a number of shows, including Carousel, Guys and Dolls, Hay Fever, and The Producers. After her apprenticeship, Carissa worked at a number of DC theaters including Arena Stage, Shakespeare Theater Company, Constellation, and Woolly Mammoth Theater. Carissa joined Olney Theater Center as a full-time staff member in the fall of 2022. Some of her favorite shows she has worked on have been Kinky Boots, Frozen, Once Upon a One More Time, Lend Me A Soprano, and Newsies.

Phillip Snider (Stage Operations Manager): Phillip is a DMV area stage manager and technician who joined Olney Theatre Center full-time in Fall 2024. His past Olney Theatre Center credits include Avaaz, A Christmas Carol, Fela!, Beauty and the Beast (ASM); and A Nice Indian Boy (Sound Board Op). Other credits include: REGIONAL TOUR: Romeo and Juliet – Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival; Tuesday’s with Morrie – Theatre J/Waterworks Theatre Co. NATIONAL TOUR: Raisin in the Sun, A Midsummer Night’s Dream – National Players Tour 72. Phillip has a B.A. in Theatre from Indiana University and is originally from Vincennes, IN.
